Class Location: Held Space

• studio upstairs behind the bakery: 365 N Beach Rd Suite 201, Eastsound, WA 98245

Payment: sliding scale + open to creative forms of energy/knowledge exchange.

• suggested financial value scale $10-50 per class

  • payment forms taken: Card (online), cash (in-person), venmo (in-person)

    • cash is my preferred form of financial exchange

• I love compensation/trades in many forms: gifts/food, acts of services, or financial exchange.

  • Please start a dialogue with me first if you are wanting to find a non financial way of “paying” for this class

Attire: This is a heat yoga class

• please bring water for yourself, there is a small bathroom with a sink, there is no water bottle filling station

• Please wear layered cloths to be able to help regulate your temperature through out the class

I have a zero harassment policy, you will be removed immediately if there is a form of harassment, slur, or insult. Conflict mediation is available for reconciliation and resolve.

This is a Heated Yoga Class: having experience with yoga or a general movement practice is beneficial for this class

• please be prepared to sweat, have your heart rate get elevated, and to be sharing a small room with many people.

• If you have any pre-existing conditions or injuries, please talk to me individually so I can be aware and provide accommodations/support as needed through out a given class.

• please modify and adjust poses for your bodies needs through out the class. Make the postures fit your anatomy. This studio provides numerous props for this reason.

• I provide hands on assistance in my classes and every class I give the option to opt out of touch based assists.
